Hersch of Tinkham Realty completes $335,000 sale of 4,800 s/f and leases 4,340 s/f

Londonderry, NH Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the sale of a 4,850 s/f office condo at 75 Gilcreast Rd., (Londonderry Square Office Park) to LJL Enterprises, LLC.

Jerry Hersch of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the seller, The Savings Bank of Wakefield, Mass.

The sale price according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds was $335,000.

Hersch also procured a tenant for 15 Londonderry Rd., consisting of a 2,500 s/f warehouse/office to Bosworth, Inc. of Concord, N.H.  The firm specializes in the repairs of watches, grandfather clocks, antique clocks, cleaning and restoration.

Additionally, In-bloom Health LLC leased 1,840 s/f of office at Buttrick Road Office Park.
