LeRoux of Link Real Estate completes $20.251 million sale of 72,000 s/f medical use building

East Providence, RI Tracy LeRoux, principal broker of Link Real Estate completed the $20.251 million sale of 72,000 s/f medical use building, known as University Medicine MOD, located at 375 Wampanoag Trail. 

Link Real Estate represented the buyer, MMAC Acquisition Corp. Andrew Eckman, of Eastern Consolidated co-brokered the transaction.
