Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties sells 155 Dow Street<br>for $665,000; Dickson sells 289 Mammoth Road for $205,000

Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 7,818 s/f building at 155 Dow St., unit 102, from FJC LLC of Manchester, N.H. to RNRS LLC of Nashua, N.H.     

 

 

Reed represented the seller, FJC LLC and Miri Shpindler of KW Commercial Real Estate represented buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $665,000.

In another transaction, Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 2,400 s/f building at 289 South Mammoth Rd., from Foshe Properties of Manchester, N.H. to Denise Ryan of Londonderry, N.H.     

Dickson represented the seller, Foshe Properties and Crystal Ashman of Coldwell Banker represented buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $205,000.
