Mitchell of MG Commercial completes $2.325 million sale

Providence, RI Leeds Mitchell IV, executive vice president of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the $2.325 million sale of 146 Clifford St., located in the Jewelry District.  

The building was purchased by Loft LLC, who will occupy a portion of the building and lease out the balance.  

146 Clifford St. is a 15,000 s/f 2-story office building with 56 onsite parking spaces. Mitchell was the sole broker.
