Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties brokers $177,000 sale of 2,076 s/f office condo

Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 2,076 s/f office condo at 42 West Brook St. from Mikdanali, LLC of Lake Kiowa, Texas to AESR Realty, LLC of Manchester. 

Mike Reed represented the buyer, and Diane Jousset of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group represented the seller.  According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $177,000.
