Gauvin and Giuttari of MG Commercial sell indusrial facility for $940,000

 

 

 

East Providence, RI Dan Gauvin and Mike Giuttari, SIOR, of MG Commercial completed the sale of a 22,000 s/f industrial facility.  Gauvin and Giuttari represented the Douglas A. Crelin Trust in the $940,000 transaction of 12 Commercial Way.  

The buyer, Signature Printing plans to expand the company’s operations.
