CCIM attends Quarry Walk event on April 20th in Oxford

Oxford, CT The CCIM event at Quarry Walk on Thursday, April 20th had a very successful turnout. A sincere thank you to Haynes Development Company for hosting CCIM at their brand new development. 

Tom Hill, CCIM, SIOR, kept the evening alive with his live radio broadcast outside the 280,000 s/f retail center. Haynes Development’s owner Tom Haynes and development manager Kathy Ekstrom were present to say a few words about the development.

This 32-acre project still has retail spaces to lease and will feature 150 residential units and a 30,000 s/f medical office building leased to Griffin Hospital.
