TRB brokers 10,838 s/f lease of 104 Worcester Street in Natick

Natick, MA TRB Realty has brokered the lease of a freestanding retail building totaling 10,838 s/f of prime retail space situated upon 1 acre located at 104 Worcester St. (Rte. 9). 

104 Natick Realty, LLC acquired the property from Bradford/Natick Realty Trust in 2015.  TRB Realty exclusively represented Bradford and procured the buyer in the $2.8 million sale.
