Mace of KeyPoint secures 42,000 s/f Ocean State Job Lot lease

North Kingstown, RI KeyPoint Partners has negotiated a lease with Ocean State Job Lot for 42,000 s/f at Frenchtown Plaza. Vice president of leasing Don Mace negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, according to Robert Lemons, managing partner of the firm.

Frenchtown Plaza is a 126,000 s/f shopping center located off Rte. 4, at the intersection of Rtes. 1 and 402,on Post Rd. in North Kingstown’s largest retail concentration. Other tenants at the center include Rite Aid and Ace Hardware. Ocean State Job Lot opened in February, and generates substantial daily foot traffic to the center.

Currently there is a 28,481 s/f end cap space, with 120 feet of frontage, available for lease. The space is sub-dividable.
