ABC R.I. chapter appoints Mason III president
Pawtucket, RI The Rhode Island Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC-RI) has appointed Frederick Mason III as president, succeeding Robert Boisselle, who announced his retirement earlier this year.
A former communications and public affairs executive for electric and gas utility National Grid, Mason brings more than 25 years of experience to the 140-member association of merit shop commercial builders and contractors in Rhode Island. He will be responsible for all public affairs, membership growth and retention, and will provide support for ABC-RI’s workforce development efforts through the Rhode Island Construction Training Academy (RICTA).
“We are very pleased to have Fred lead our organization in this critical phase of our growth,” said ABC-RI board chair Lynn Kent. “His reputation for integrity and his strong relationship-building skills will help accelerate ABC-RI’s continued growth and influence in the Rhode Island construction market.”
