Wheelock Street Capital and Novaya Real Estate Ventures secures $40 million financing from Belmont Savings Bank and Berkshire Bank

Andover, MA Wheelock Street Capital and Novaya Real Estate Ventures (WS NV) secured $40 million financing with Belmont Savings Bank and Berkshire Bank for five assets in their March 2016 14-property portfolio purchase from RREEF.

Four properties are located in Andover and one in Bedford, totaling 487,254 s/f.

The Belmont/Berkshire loan will allow for key capital projects to commence immediately with completion by early 2017.
