ASM holds marketing tips seminar
Boston, MA For many subcontractors, marketing efforts fall by the wayside in the midst of busy project schedules and austere budgets. But knowing the importance of marketing to long-term success, ASM recently held a seminar that provided attendees with 10 foolproof marketing tips that subcontractors can quickly implement, even on a limited budget.
The panelists included two subcontractors (Tom Palange of J.C. Cannistraro and Kate Waldron of LAN-TEL Communications), a general contractor (Amy Fahey of Colantonio, Inc.), and a marketing/PR firm with extensive experience in the AEC industry (Lori Coletti of Big Bark Solutions). In addition to discussing modern trends in marketing, the panel discussed the importance of online tools; having a plan that aligns with your resources; ways to demonstrate expertise; how branding should be part of an overall business strategy, and much more.
