Tighe & Bond promotes Granatini, Labrie, Persechino, Chornyak, Holmes, Valentine and White into or within its stock ownership programn
Westfield, MA Tighe & Bond promoted seven of its project managers and engineers into or within its stock ownership program.

This includes three individuals who have been promoted to associate within the firm’s stock ownership program: Christopher Granatini, Tiffany Labrie, and Joseph Persechino.
In addition, Tighe & Bond promoted four other staff into the firm’s stock ownership program as new shareholders. This includes two project managers in the Westfield office: Zachariah Chornyak, P.E. and Daniel Holmes, P.E., LEED AP. New members also include Daniel Valentine, P.E., a project engineer in the Middletown, Conn. office, and Andrew White, P.E., a project engineer in the Shelton, Conn. office.
Granatini, P.E., a project manager in the firm’s Middletown, Conn. office with 19 years of experience providing traffic and transportation engineering services to state, local and private clients. This past year, he assumed an increased role as the lead for Tighe & Bond’s traffic and transportation services in Connecticut.
Granatini regularly designs and manages transportation projects for clients with a focus on context sensitive solutions. His diverse technical experience includes roadway design, parking lot design, transportation planning studies, traffic control signal design, maintenance and protection of traffic engineering, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) planning, and preparation of traffic studies
A licensed engineer in Connecticut, Granatini holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, and Urban Land Institute.
Labrie, P.E., CDT, a project manager in the firm’s Westfield office, has more than 10 years of experience in large and complicated projects involving wastewater conveyance and treatment. She provides planning, design, permitting, construction observation, and construction administration services for a variety of high profile projects in both the public and private sectors.
Labrie is a licensed engineer in Massachusetts, and a Construction Specifications Institute Construction Documents Technologist (CDT). She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Labrie sits on the Department Advisory Council for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UMASS Amherst. She is also a member of the Water Environment Federation, New England Water Environment Association, and Construction Specifications Institute.
Persechino, P.E., LEED AP, a project manager in the firm’s Portsmouth, NH office, has more than 12 years of experience in civil engineering, site design, permitting and construction. He administers all aspects of development from project initiation through construction for various commercial, roadway, healthcare, municipal, government and educational projects.
An advocate of sustainability and Low Impact Design (LID), Persechino is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and a licensed engineer in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
In addition to mentoring high school and University of New Hampshire students, he is also a frequent presenter on stormwater and LID design at local and regional conferences. He is also a member of the Leadership Seacoast Alumnus Class of 2010.
