Russell and Bergin of Pearce Real Estate sell 30,000 s/f for $2.425 million
Milford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, two Pearce commercial pros in the company’s Milford commercial office, sold 340 Woodmont Rd. for $2.425 million. Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior broker, and John Bergin, senior commercial specialist, represented LBI Industries, the seller of the property, a 30,000 s/f light industrial building on 1.82 acres.
The buyer of the property, Winstanley Enterprises, LLC, Concord, Mass., was represented by Chris O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial. The property will be redeveloped for Precision Sensors, a Division of United Electric Controls, which provides reliable, cost effective pressure switches, flow switches, temperature switches and sensors.
