Maine Valuation’s Plourde completes requirements for appraiser license
Gorham, ME According to Maine Valuation Company, Bryan Plourde completed the requirements for the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license in the state of Maine. A Certified General Appraiser means a person licensed by the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation to appraise real property of all types. This level of certification requires 3,000 hours of satisfactory cumulative experience, a bachelor’s degree, 300 hours of appraiser specific education, and passing the National Uniform Licensing and Certification Exam.
Plourde is a cum laude graduate of Stonehill College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Philosophy and has been working in the real estate appraisal profession since July of 2013. Bryan currently resides in Cumberland, ME with his wife Natasha.
