Waltham, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore, of Horvath & Tremblay, have arranged the sale of a 30-unit portfolio. Kelleher and Pentore represented the seller and procured the buyer for a final sale price of $5.925 million and $197,500 per unit.
The properties, situated in downtown, are all located on Brown St. The assets will provide the incoming owners a value add opportunity in the market.
