Moore and Oppenheim of Lincoln Property Company represent Cambridge College in 8,300 s/f
Lawrence, MA According to Cambridge College and Lincoln Property Company, the college has signed an 8,300 s/f lease at 280 Merrimack St. The building is owned by Lupoli Companies’ Riverwalk Properties. During lease negotiations, Cambridge College was represented by Jeffrey Moore and Ken Oppenheim of Lincoln Property Co. Lupoli Companies was represented by Gerry-Lynn Darcy, vice president of real estate at Lupoli Companies.

Cambridge College offers flexible undergraduate and graduate degree programs across six locations nationwide in Cambridge, Springfield, and Lawrence, MA, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Inland Empire, CA. In addition to the new Lawrence location, Cambridge College has signed a lease to consolidate their Cambridge locations to one space at Hood Park in Charlestown, MA. Lincoln Property Company also facilitated this transaction.
