Tom von Zabern, of Coldwell Banker represented the seller, Bontronics, Inc, in the $512,500 sale of 290R Broadway. The 5,500 s/f commercial property, previously used as office and lab space in the manufacture of electronic audiovisual systems. The property, is an older one story brick and masonry structure with varied history. The building will be converted to, and used as a martial arts training school.
