Glickman Kovago leases 4,000 s/f to Radio Oil

Glickman Kovago & Co. has brokered a lease agreement between Vellumoid, Inc. of Worcester and Radio Oil of Worcester for the property located along 54 Rockdale St. Radio Oil has leased 4,000 s/f of the 90,000 s/f building to accommodate their excess storage needs. The property is near Rtes. 12 and I-190. Jeff Borus represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
