Village Candle renewed its 147,389 s/f lease with landlord J&S Trust of Maine in the former Spencer Press building at 90 Spencer Dr. This building, also tenanted by Wasco Products, has up to 97,260s/f available for lease with 30' ceilings and 8 loading docks. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR.
