The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of a 768 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way. The tenant is Stanley Albitz who owns Brass Tacks Upholstery. He will be using the new space to conduct his upholstery business. The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Bill Clark, senior vice president, at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction.
