Cregan of Paramount leases 14,900 s/f

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group has leased the free standing 14,990 s/f industrial building at 1518 Pontiac Ave., Howard Industrial Park, to Total Plastics Inc. Cregan was the sole broker in the transaction. GML Realty retained Paramount Props. as its exclusive broker in May. Total Plastics is headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan and has 16 branches across the country. The new location opens up a new market for TPI whose closest facility is in Worcester.
