Concord Commercial Real Estate congratulates Tom Balon, owner of TwoKph LLC, on his purchase of a 12,000 s/f retail property at 97 Storrs St. from Janvier Associates Inc, owned by Francis Haines. The Concord Antique Gallery, founded and owned by Haines, will continue to operate in the property. Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate facilitated the transaction.
