On April 25th, Griffin Land's Tradeport Triangle Project at 75 International Dr., 754 Rainbow Rd., 758 Rainbow Rd. in Windsor will be honored with a Regional TOBY Award (The Office Building of the Year) in the Industrial Park Category, along with other regional winners at the 2008 Mid Atlantic Conference at Foxwoods Resort. I am both pleased and honored to work for Griffin Land and would like to thank our team, our vendors and all of my staff in achieving this award. Following this presentation, will be the International TOBY judging and the winners on this level will be presented their TOBY Award at the summer convention in Denver at the end of June.
I encourage all Greater Hartford BOMA members to try to attend the convention in Denver. As a professional in the commercial real estate industry, you owe it to your company and to yourself to attend one of the summer conventions. Visit the BOMA International web site at www.boma.org for additional information. At this convention, you will have the opportunity to attend many educational sessions, attend the Trade Show with vendors from all across the country, network with some old friends and make some new ones. You will also have time to visit the "Mile High City" during your stay.
