MG Commercial completes $700,000 sale and leases 4,000 s/f

George Paskalis, SIOR and Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial have sold 750 Narragansett Park Dr. The property is an 11,000 s/f light industrial, R&D building situated on a 1.55 lot and it is located in the established Narragansett Industrial Park, off Newport Ave. Contech Research, Inc. from Attleboro, Mass. was the buyer and the property will be the new home for this environmental, electrical and mechanical testing laboratory. Paskalis represented the seller and Surprenant represented the buyer. The sale price was $700,000. In another transaction Surprenant, has leased 4,000 s/f to A.T. Cross Co. at Lincoln Corporate Center, 24 Albion Rd. in Lincoln. Surprenant represents the landlord. AT Cross recently sold its pen accessory division and has moved its corporate headquarters to this new space. AT Cross has also changed its operating name to COSTA Inc. and it will now focus on the premium sports sunglass business. Lincoln Corporate Center is a four building office campus containing 60,000 s/f.
