What was your most notable deal or transaction in 2013?

One of DiPrete Engineering's most notable projects in 2013 was being awarded the contract to represent Winstanley Enterprises of Concord, Mass. with the revitalization of 160,000 s/f at the Rhode Island Mall. DiPrete Engineering provided land surveying and civil engineering consulting services to Winstanley Enterprises during all phases of this project. We performed the American Land Title Association (ALTA) survey during acquisition, developed condominium site plans, collaborated with the project architect to analyze re-development options, and are currently developing construction documents for potential tenants.
