The Valentine Group leases 1,800 s/f to Massachusetts Title Loan, Inc.

The Valentine Group (VG) has leased a retail unit located at 98-100 North Broadway, Unit B. The tenant, Massachusetts Title Loan, Inc., will occupy 1,800 s/f, in one of five units located in this free standing retail strip building. The building is located on Rte. 28. VG represented the landlord, Boicar Realty, LLC and the tenant was represented by Colliers International. VG also completed the sale of 22 Haverhill Rd., Windham, N.H. This 8,300 s/f office building, situated on 2 acres, is on Rte. 111. The sale price per the tax stamps was $650,000, with a s/f price of about $78. VG represented the seller, Colony Office Park Associates, and assisted the buyer, MacThompson Realty, Inc.
