Seven join Jones Lang LaSalle construction team

BOSTON,MA Jones Lang LaSalle has added seven new members to the New England Construction team: Bill Mack has joined the team as senior vice president. Mack is a veteran of the construction industry with over 30 years of experience throughout New England. He comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Integrated Builders, where he was senior vice president of business development. Previously, Mack was the director of project development for A.J. Martini. He has also held positions with Shawmut Design and Construction, Mass.General Hospital, Barkan Construction, and Steffian Bradley Architects. Mack attended the Boston Architectural College, and is a member of the International Facilities Management Association, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, Urban Land Institute, and Association for Facilities Engineering. EJ Lanni has joined the team as a senior construction manager. EJ brings 12 years of construction experience on a variety of projects, including restaurants, retail and residential. He comes to JLL from Tribeca Builders, where he was the director of construction. Prior to that, EJ worked for Shawmut Design and Construction and Gilbane on a variety of projects, including academic and hospitality assignments. EJ has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. Josh Berman, LEED AP, has joined the team as senior construction manager. Berman brings seven years of construction and development experience on a variety of projects, including restaurants, retail and mixed-use and residential developments. He comes to JLL from Brookline Development Corp., where he was vice president of development. Prior to that, Berman worked for Brixmor Property Group / Centro Properties Group and Shawmut Design and Construction as a construction manager. Berman has a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College, and has done additional studies in Real Estate Finance at Boston University. Alison Scott has joined the team as marketing manager for the construction and project and development services groups. With over eight years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge and marketing expertise. Scott spent the last five years as marketing director at Steffian Bradley Architects, where she led all marketing efforts. Prior to SBA, she worked for Bovis Lend Lease, coordinating marketing efforts out of the Boston office. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and a master's degree from Boston University's College of Communication. Derrick Chery has joined the team as an assistant construction manager. He brings six years of construction experience on projects ranging from $25 million to $250 million. His most recent project was a 17 story high rise for Berklee College, which he worked on while at Lee Kennedy Co. Prior to that, Chery worked for Janey Construction Management Consultants and Bond Brothers on a variety of projects, including life science and healthcare assignments. He is pursuing his master's degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he got his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Drew Dana has joined the team as an estimator. He comes to JLL from Tocci Building Companies where he was a cost engineer. Dana has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Norwich University and an Associate of Science in Architectural Engineering Technologies from New Hampshire Technical Institute. Dana also spent time in the US.. Army as a Cannon Fire Direction Specialist at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. Greg Steele has joined the team as an estimator. He comes to JLL from American Contractors Corp. where he was an estimator. Steele has a Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Technology from UMass Amherst.
