Feiner of MG Commercial completes transactions totaling 17,860 s/f

Dan Feiner, of MG Commercial representing ownership of 40 - 50 Airport Rd., completed deals with Great Clips and Little Caesars totaling 3,200 s/f. This location is adjacent to Dave's Market and has great visibility and very strong daily traffic. Furthermore, Feiner was successful in brokering the expansion of Doherty's Ale House into the former 7,600 s/f Bugaboo Steakhouse on Jefferson Blvd. at the Rte. 95 on/off ramps. Additionally, Feiner completed a lease between Frank Paolino, the developer of Albion Crossings located at 618 George Washington Highway, Lincoln and Piezoni's Restaurant to open another restaurant in 1,900 s/f. Feiner was also able to complete a deal at 1235 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston with the landlord and BerryBerry Frozen Yogurt to lease 2,600 s/f adjacent to T-Mobile. He also finalized a deal in Seekonk with Red Wing Brands to relocate within Seekonk to 20 Commerce Way in 2,560 s/f.
