Paskalis of MG Comm'l. sells 35,600 s/f ind'l. building - $1.6m

Lumetta, Inc. has purchased the 35,600 s/f former Millwork One industrial facility located at 33 Minnesota Ave. The buyer manufactures lighting fixtures and will utilize 85% of the facility. The seller, JMA Realty LLC, purchased a 78,000 s/f manufacturing facility back in September 2007 and has moved its entire operation there. JMA Rlty. was represented by George Paskalis of MG Commercial and the buyer was represented by Ray Dunlevy of Dunlevy Real Estate. The purchase price was $1.6 million.
