CBRE | The Boulos Co. completes two transactions totaling 18,861 s/f

CBRE | The Boulos Co. has completed two transactions in Portland. Running With Scissors is doubling its size, moving from a 7,500 s/f location nearby to a 16,021 s/f space. This 30-artist collaborative features printmaking, jewelry, encaustic, sculpture, sound recording, screen printing, ceramics, photography and more. Greg Boulos and Joe Porta represented the landlord, Sleepy Hollow Development and Andrew Ingalls represented the tenant. 561 Forest Ave. was sold vacant to an investor several months ago. The new owner completely renovated the two-story, 5,600 s/f building in anticipation of finding tenants to lease the space. Porta has been marketing the building and has secured a 2,840 s/f lease on the top floor with Reve, one of the first dedicated indoor cycling studios in Portland. The first floor of the building is already under contract to a retailer.
