Peregrine Group completes 12,000 s/f renovation

Peregrine Group LLC, has completed the renovation and expansion of the Margot's House Dormitory on the campus of St. Andrew's School. Formally Cady House, the dorm is dedicated in honor of the long-time school trustee, Margot Wolf. Serving as owner's project manager, Peregrine provided turn-key project management services for the delivery of the 12,000 s/f renovation and expansion. With the addition of 12 new student beds, the dorm now houses 30 students and 3 faculty apartments. Project activities included scoping and selection of project professionals, including architect, S/L/A/M Collaborative and general contractor, H.V. Collins Company, and project management throughout design and construction.
