The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has recently brokered the sale of a 10,400 s/f building at 11 Upton Dr. for $1.1 million. Micah Stubblebine represented the seller, Miay, LLC, and Thayer Morgan of Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial represented the buyer, Dig Safe Systems, Inc.
