Stone Tower and Olympus Group lease 20,000 s/f to Spectra Systems

The renovated industrial complex at 296 Wampanoag Trail will serve as the new manufacturing headquarters for Spectra Systems Corp. The company will occupy the entire 20,000 s/f property, exclusively, for an extended lease term with multiple renewal options. Additional corporate offices will be maintained in Providence and East Providence. Spectra Systems is a London publicly traded entity that develops and utilizes proprietary security technology serving the currency, gaming and plastics/glass/fabric production industries. Additionally, their expertise has been applied in the current NASA Mars "Rover" mission.
