Avison Young brokered a 3,337 s/f lease at 2 Oliver St. Avison Young principal Karyn McFarland represented the tenant, Peregrine Energy Group, Inc. Ryan Hurd, associate from Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, P6/Saracen 2 Oliver Real Estate, LLC.
Located in the Financial District of the city, 2 Oliver St. is an eleven-floor, 270,302 s/f office building overlooking Post Office Sq. Occupancy is slated for the fall.
