Yirigian joins Parsons Brinckerhoff as assistant VP and senior engineering manager

Robert Yirigian has been named an assistant vice president and senior engineering manager in the Glastonbury office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization.
In his new position, Yirigian is responsible for managing Parsons Brinckerhoff's program management contract for the Connecticut Department of Transportation's New Haven-Hartford-Springfield High-Speed Rail program. He has over 25 years of experience primarily working on transportation projects throughout the Northeast and has managed numerous major projects for the Connecticut Department of Transportation, including a terminal project at Bradley International Airport, the I-95 reconstruction program in Bridgeport and the Metro-North (Walk) bridge rehabilitation project in Norwalk. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff he was an associate vice president with a national engineering consulting firm, responsible for managing its Connecticut operations.
Yirigian holds a master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford.
