According to McCall & Almy, the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) has named Mary Lentz, principal and executive vice president, as its Broker of the Year. The organization recognizes one commercial real estate professional annually at the CBA's Achievement Awards, and Lentz is the fifth McCall & Almy employee to receive the honor.
Lentz was recognized at a gala event held at the InterContinental Hotel. She joins several McCall & Almy employees who have been recognized with the award previously, including co-founders Bill McCall and Dave Almy and principals Lenny Owens and Dave Richardson.
The Broker of the Year award serves as an opportunity for the CBA to recognize real estate industry leaders based on several criteria, including professionalism, successful track record, and community involvement. Lentz has overseen transactions on behalf of some of Boston's largest organizations, including Partners HealthCare, Brigham & Women's Hospital, The Broad Institute, and Children's Hospital Boston. In addition, she is an active member of professional and community organizations, holding board positions with NAIOP Massachusetts and the Boston Arts Academy, and is also a trustee of the Newton-Wellesley Physicians Hospital Organization.
"Mary's reputation for managing complex property transactions and providing clients with exemplary service has earned her the respect and admiration of her industry colleagues and co-workers," said Bill McCall, president and principal of McCall & Almy. "We're honored that she has been recognized with the Broker of the Year award and look forward to celebrating her future accomplishments."
