Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate sells former Stanley Famous Burger site: sold by Navigant Credit Union for $410,000 to Blount Fine Foods

Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate sold 371 Richmond St., formerly Stanley's Famous Hamburgers, to Blount Fine Foods for $410,000. They will open Blount Clam Shack in early spring. The 2,600 s/f free-standing turn-key restaurant facility is located in the Knowledge District and is within walking distance to several office buildings including Brown University's new Alpert Medical School. Feiner represented the seller, Navigant Credit Union, and represented the buyer. This will be Blount's third clam shack location. They are located in Warren, R.I. and Fall River, Mass.
