Fishman Realty leases 3,300 s/f

Mr. Sign, a Maine-based company specializing in creating and selling signage and related products to a local and nationwide clientele has leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 500 Forest Ave. Fishman Realty Group represented the landlord and Cardente Real Estate represents the tenant. Blackstone Consulting, LLC, a local environmental engineering firm and Mitchell Geographics, specializing in geographical data development have leased 1,800 s/f of office space on the 2nd floor of 188 State St. The building has been recently renovated. Tenant parking is included. Alan Fishman represented the landlord and brought the tenant.
