McKean and Skaff of Kane agents for Capital Commons

The Kane Company is leasing agent for Capital Commons, located at 11 South Main St. Capital Commons, a 102,000 s/f, 6-story facility, is an office building and the Red River Theatres, featuring 3 screening rooms that highlight today's independent films. In addition to the theatres, the building has salon and spa services, Centrix Bank and an attached 510 space public parking garage, and coming soon - a full service dining establishment. "Capital Commons is the first building of its kind in Concord and I'm excited to be a part of this kind of growth for the city," said Margot McKean, The Kane Co.'s leasing agent for the office portion of the building. Jody Skaff of Kane is the leasing agent for the retail portion of the property.
