Steingold and Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate sell 7,200 s/f industrial building for $477,000 to Scaff-Man Properties by P&M Realty LLC

Larry Steingold and George Paskalis, SIOR, of MG Commercial Real Estate have sold a 7,200 s/f clear span industrial building situated on 1.5 acres of land located at 80 Gilbane St. to Scaff-Man Properties LLC , d.b.a. Atlas Scaffolding. The property sold for $477,000. MG Commercial represented the seller P & M Realty, LLC and also procured the buyer. And in a separate transaction, Tuscan Property Management, LLC d.b.a. Poliquin purchased 9.8 acres of commercial land located at 1600 South County Trail in East Greenwich for $1.65 million. The buyer will be constructing a 57,000 s/f office and training facility. Paskalis and Steingold represented owners Levon Kasparian and Robin Kasparian and Dan Converse procured the buyer. Dejana Realty, LLC, d.b.a. Dejana Truck and Utility purchased 54 acres of industrial land located at 13 Business Dr., in the Smithfield Business Park located off Rte. 116 (George Washington Hwy.) for $1.25 million. Dejana intends to build a 40,000 s/f building on site and relocate from their existing 25,000 s/f facility at 360 Farnum Pike. Steingold and Paskalis represented the property and also procured the buyer.
