Paskalis and Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate broker $1.65 million land sale

Tuscan Property Management, LLC d.b.a. Poliquin purchased 9.8 acres of commercial land located at 1600 South County Trail for $1.65 million. The buyer will be constructing a 57,000 s/f office and training facility. Poliquin Performance is a world leader in strength training and health education. George Paskalis, SIOR and Larry Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the owners Levon Kasparian and Robin Kasparian and Dan Converse procured the buyer.
