Kevin Geenty, SIOR, vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased 12,000 s/f at 4 Business Park Rd., a free standing masonry office building in The Old Saybrook Business Park. Infiltrator Systems, Inc. plans to use the building for its corporate headquarters. The building is undergoing full renovations including full replacement of all HVAC units prior to ISI's occupancy in the 4th quarter of 2011. Infiltrator Systems manufactures fiberglass and plastic infiltrator systems for septic and storm water applications. They manufacture at several plants in the south. Norma Burns is the vice president at the corporate headquarters in Old Saybrook. Geenty was the sole agent in the transaction. Peter Sorokin, Esq. of Rogin Nassau represented the tenant. A. Raymond Madorin, Esq. of Farmington represented the landlord, Mill Meadow Development, LLC.
Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, leased a 1,536 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way, Branford. The tenant is Michael Vlock. He plans to use two 768 s/f units in this warehouse space mainly for storage. The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Clark was the sole agent in this transaction.
