Haines named a leasing agent/property manager at Cummings Properties

Shannon Haines has been named a leasing agent/property manager at Cummings Properties.
A graduate of University of Wisconsin, Madison, Haines brings a breadth of accounting, human resource management, entrepreneurial acumen, and sales experience to the position. She will be working primarily with clients at Cummings Properties' flagship TradeCenter 128, a 500,000 s/f office and research building recognized by its glass façade facing Rte. 128. It houses the popular 350-seat Beacon Grille restaurant and Middlesex County Superior Court. It is also home to many healthcare and insurance companies, financial service providers, and law offices.
Haines will service approximately 100 clients, including Deltek, HealthCare Source, Acronis, Montpelier Group, Advandx, and the law offices of McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton.
"We needed a well-seasoned businessperson to relate to clients and respond to their expansion needs," said senior operations manager David Suny. "Shannon is just the type of bright, polished individual we are always looking for at Cummings Properties."
Haines said she has found many aspects of the job to be stimulating and enjoyable. "It is wonderful to develop relationships and help build opportunities for your client. It is all about creating and sharing a relationship," she said.
Haines is a resident of Wilmington and has two children, Travis, 12, and April, 10.
