The Geenty Group, Realtors has leased 5,325 s/f at 801 North Main St. Extension. This multi-tenanted flex building has access to both the Wilbur Cross Pkwy. and I-91. The tenant is Crossfit Force Five of Wallingford, LLC. The tenant is a partnership of four individuals who will operate a physical training facility. The tenant was represented by Kevin Geenty SIOR and the landlord, The Verna Family Insurance Trust, was represented by Kristin Geenty SIOR.
Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors has leased a 2,000 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 55 Eastern Steel Rd., Milford. The new tenant is Carol Barber of Firestop Associates, Inc. The tenant will use the space for its construction company specializing in fire and smoke stop work. Clark represented the landlord, Connors Properties, LLC. The tenant was represented by Mark Glassman of Arnold Peck's Commercial World in Milford.
