Platt named Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year

The Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors named Lawrence Platt the RICABOR 2011 Realtor of the Year. Platt, principal broker of the Platt Realty Group, provides real estate advisory, brokerage and consulting services specializing in third party leasing and representation services for both landlords and retailers. He has received the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 Co-Star Top Retail Leasing Power Broker Award. At a recent board meeting, Richard Berlinsky, 2011 RICABOR president said, "Lars Platt has been an enormous asset to our local board and the commercial real estate profession across the state. His leadership, vision and collaboration have been an inspiration to RICABOR members. It is with great pride that we present him with our 2011 Realtor of the Year Award".
