Gill and Edgar of Sea Watch Realty sell 15,000 s/f office building

Sea Watch Realty, Inc. recently sold the Class A 15,000 s/f one story office building located at 750 Attucks Lane. The office building has four tenants. Jim Gill and Ben Edgar of Sea Watch Realty brokered the transaction between the seller, Renaissance 200, LLC, and the buyer, Joseph Keller of the Keller Company and Hyannis Dental Associates, LLC. Hyannis Dental Associates will complete a build-out and occupy about 5,000 s/f of the building for its own use.
