Gill of Sea Watch Realty sells 545 Pleasant St. for $800,000

Sea Watch Realty has completed the sale of the Webster Bank building in downtown New Bedford. The seven story, Class B office building is anchored by Webster Bank, who will stay as the first floor tenant. The building has multiple office tenants. "We had an incredible amount of activity on the property with multiple bids," said Jim Gill of Sea Watch Realty. "It is testimony that there is still a strong demand for well located assets."
Gill represented the seller, Webster Bank, N.A. and Jeff Pontiff of E.J. Pontiff represented the buyer, Frederick Miller. Miller will be renovating the property. The 62,758 s/f building sold for $800,000.
