Urbano of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 3,000 s/f lease to Stockbridges

Stockbridges New England Bistro and Bakery has leased 3,000 s/f at 245 Amity Rd. to house its new restaurant and bakery. Stockbridges will be a full service eatery providing breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as serving its award winning cheesecakes and other specialty baked delectables and coffees. The restaurant is expected to open in February. Diane Urbano of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors represented both the tenant and landlord, Research Development at Bradley Road, LLC. In another transaction, Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented Christiaan Dinkeloo Assoc., LLC in its move to approximately 1,400 s/f at 245 Amity Rd. This well known architectural firm has been in New Haven for over 20 years before this move. Urbano represented the landlord Research Development at Bradley Rd., LLC.
