Winter wonderland at Dartmouth Mall
December 23, 2010 - Retail
Area families are invited to meander around the snow covered woods to find Santa Claus amongst the evergreen trees, meeting woodland friends and finding special surprises along the way. It's a beautiful, interactive winter wonderland at Dartmouth Mall this holiday season.
From a sixteen-ft. Christmas tree decorated with brilliant red, silver and blue ornaments, sparkling snowflakes and twinkling LED lights to a friendly, furry cast of woodland creatures and a life-size, cuddly Snowman, children will be amused and intrigued. Traditional yet technologically advanced and rich in entertainment, elements of the new décor include animated animals to greet visitors, a 32-in. flat screen HDTV playing the Stranger in the Woods DVD, and LED lights.
"Dartmouth Mall's new, elaborate holiday décor and magical Santa set is one of the best in the region," said Beth Zager, mall marketing director. "We wanted to create an enjoyable holiday experience for our shoppers and provide a new, festive backdrop for the traditional family photo with Santa Claus."
The décor continues throughout the interior and exterior of Dartmouth Mall, with festive green garlands decked with ornaments of all sizes and shapes, giant bows and banners.
Dartmouth Mall is owned and managed by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT).
